Centering Exercise with the 3 2 1 method

Practicing centering exercise using Jose Silva 3-2-1 method.

I find it a easy and very useful method to enter your center. Visualizing 3 several times together with few deep breaths before relaxing yourself physically. Following by visualizing 2 several times with few deep breaths before calming down mentally. And lastly visualizing 1 several times with few deep breaths to enter the alpha state.

More guidance will be provided in the Ultramind Home Seminar system.

    1. Yes, the 3,2,1 method is indeed very useful. I have been using it for my centering exercise. It helps me to get into my alpha state easily. Have you take a look at the Silva Ultramind home seminar system? Feel free to take a look. It is interesting.

  6. Hi, Sorry to contact you through comments, but I can't seem to find your email. I'm a graphic designer at Renaissance Tours in Sydney, and I love your photo from your blog: Point and Click, and we want to use the one of the lijiang impressions show in one of our brochures.
If you could get back to me at: product3@renaissancetours.com.au that would be great! Thanks,
    Kind Regards,
    Nicole
