Practicing centering exercise using Jose Silva 3-2-1 method.
I find it a easy and very useful method to enter your center. Visualizing 3 several times together with few deep breaths before relaxing yourself physically. Following by visualizing 2 several times with few deep breaths before calming down mentally. And lastly visualizing 1 several times with few deep breaths to enter the alpha state.

Centering Exercise - 2
Mr Jose Silva said the centering exercise is best to be practice before you go to bed and after you wake up. As these are the two times we will be going into and coming out of the alpha state before going to bed and after waking up from it, it will be much easier for us to enter to our center.
Centering Exercise
After i bought the Ultramind ESP home seminar package, i wanted the try on the centering exercise so badly. Mr Ed bernd Jr is the centering exercise conductor and he have a clear tone of voice that will guide us in the exercise.
The centering exercise is really easy to follow and very details. From the way to relax physically to relax mentally, you will be guided through the whole process.
On the first attempt on the centering exercise, i am unable to reach the alpha state successfully. But after the 30 minutes plus exercise, after i opened my eyes, i felt very calm and relax mentally and physically.
Mr Jose Silva said that 1 time of exercise a day is good, 2 times is very good, and 3 times is excellent.

Extrasensory perception (ESP)
Have you ever imagine we are born with ESP, it is the hidden talent inside all of us, but we don't know the way to recover this talent and harness it.
Accordingly to Mr Jose Silva, we will tap into ESP at least a few time in our life time. It can be our six sense, intuition or even a hunch. His research revealed that the people who are the most successful are people with good intuition.
He believe that the reason people are given psychic ability is to use the ability to help others. Receive information and mission from the higher intelligence to help others and make this world a better living place.
Wouldn't be great, if the whole world are living in peace, free of natural disasters, fightings.
In the next few posts, i will be sharing with you my experiences on the centering exercise to my alpha level.

Brain Wave Frequency
Our brain produces four types of frequency waves.
Beta brain waves (15-40 cycles per second) - This is when we are in normal consciousness, making decisions, having logical thinking and doing daily activities.
Alpha brain waves (9-14 cycles per second) - It is the alpha level, the gateway to our subconscious mind. During our first few lessons of Jose Silva method, we will be learning and practicing entering the alpha level, our center, it is called the Silva Centering Exercise. When you are in the center, you can program your mental video and many others methods introducing by Mr Jose Silva. Everyday i will do at least once or twice of entering into my center. It really helps in both mind and physical relaxation.
Theta brain waves (4-8 cycles per second) - This is when you are in deep meditation, in your dreams. Mr Jose Silva believed that practicing entering the center regularly, you are able to lower your brain frequency all the way to 4 or 5 cycles and enter the Theta level.
Delta brain waves (0.5-4 cycles per second) - This is lowest frequency level in brain waves. They usually occurs during our dreamless sleep. Mr Jose Silva named this as the doorway to spiritual dimension.

What is subconscious mind
What is subconscious mind? I have been reading and really curious about this topic or terminology since young. You can get plenty of explanation and definition over the internet about subconscious. But the term subconscious is used in many different context, there is no precise definition.
Years ago, i have read a book on subconscious thoughts in dream. It said dreams provide us peeks into subconscious, touching on our inner-self. Well, i have tried to the methods and guides from the book, but this book is far too complicated. And eventually i gave up.
