Mr Jose Silva said the centering exercise is best to be practice before you go to bed and after you wake up. As these are the two times we will be going into and coming out of the alpha state before going to bed and after waking up from it, it will be much easier for us to enter to our center.
I always find the end of the day when going to bed to be the best time for me. What do others think? We are all different but we all need to know ourselves well.
ReplyDeleteFor me, end of the day, going to bed is the perfect time for me to do the exercise. But sometime i get too tired and fell asleep in the mid of the exercise.
